What Is Single-Session Therapy?
Single-Session Therapy (SST) is a one-time, solution-focused appointment tailored to address immediate concerns. Using an integrative Solution-Focused approach, we work collaboratively with you to zoom in on what matters most and identify realistic, strength-based strategies all within a single, powerful conversation.
Whether you’re navigating a relationship challenge, feeling anxious or stuck in a decision, or simply overwhelmed by life’s demands, this focused session provides space to pause, reflect, and reset.

Meet Your Therapist
As a therapist, I bring a rich blend of professional training and lived experience to support individuals and couples through a wide range of relationship and personal challenges. I draw from evidence-based modalities, including Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), to help you understand patterns, regulate emotions, and develop practical tools for lasting change.
My additional training in grief, trauma, and somatic therapy allows me to work holistically, supporting you not just to cope, but to heal and grow. I’ve completed Gottman Level 1 and 2 training, along with other couples therapy approaches, and have experience working with couples navigating everything from communication breakdowns and emotional disconnection to infidelity and major life transitions.
My integrative approach allows me to meet individuals and couples with depth, empathy, and compassion. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or the weight of unresolved wounds, I’m here to walk alongside you with care, insight, and deep respect for your unique story.

- Virtual-Only Format – Sessions are held securely online, available to anyone in Ontario.
- Same-Day or Advanced Booking – Book today or later this week — your choice.
- Client-Led, Therapist-Guided – You define the focus; we help guide the way.
- One Focused Hour – Up to 60 minutes with your therapist.
Booking & Availability
- Same-Day or Next Day Appointments Available.
- Session Fee: $160 for a 60-minute Individual session. $190 for a 60-minute couples session.
- Ages 15+
- Space is limited, and availability varies throughout the day. We encourage early contact for best access.
What to Expect During Your Session
Your session will be:
- Collaborative – You and your therapist work together to define your goals and next steps.
- Solution-Oriented – We focus on what’s working, what’s possible, and where your strengths lie.
- Structured & Present-Focused – We concentrate on the here-and-now to make the most of your time.
Session Flow:
- Introduction – Clarify your main concern and goals for the session.
- Active Exploration – Dive into what’s getting in the way, what’s working, and what needs to shift or be reframed.
- Action Planning – Leave with clarity, insight, and practical next steps you can begin right away.




What This Service Is Not Appropriate For
Some situations require more intensive, consistent care.
This service is not suitable for:
- Active crisis or suicidal thoughts
- Immediate risk of harm to self or others
- Ongoing or unresolved trauma
- Severe mental health conditions (e.g., psychosis, eating disorders)
- Court-mandated or legal requirements
- Ongoing domestic abuse or complex relational conflict
- Children or youth under 15
- Clients currently in ongoing therapy or who have had a session with Today Therapy within the past 30 days
