Hello, I’m Celestine Eagle

Feeling unsure about reaching out for help is a common and human response during tough times. You may be carrying challenges that feel too overwhelming to put into words, and you deserve a space where your experiences are met with understanding and compassion. Together, we will create a trusting, supportive environment where your story, feelings, and strengths are truly valued. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity and care, helping you process what you’ve been through and discover new ways forward. 

It is possible to feel more at ease, more confident in yourself, more connected in your relationships, and better equipped to navigate life’s challenges. Change is possible, and having support can make all the difference. Through my own life experiences, I learned that you can build resilience, practice self-compassion, and discover the strength that comes from reaching out for help.

Outside of work, I value time in nature, meaningful connections, and mindfulness. I enjoy traveling, trying new foods, and bringing humour and lightness into everyday life
